I would like to take this opportunity to commend the staff at Advanced Sleep Medicine Services. I made a request for a copy of my sleep study results and the gave it to me before the end of the day. Easy at home Sleep apnea test. Product was delivered fast and on time,easy to complete . No need to go to a facility can be done in the comfort of your own bed.

Fue agradable poder quedarme en casa en mi lugar de confort y hacer la prueba. Las instrucciones se explican por sí solas y son fáciles de usar.

Watched video several times so we were ready. Test Appliance came when expected.
As promised it was already put together. At first couldn’t get all green lights. With some jiggling all was green and husband tucked in for the night. Red light came on when he got up during the night for visit the bathroom but turned green when he was resettled.
In morning When test was done and removed it took 5 + minutes for test complete green light to come on.
Mailed it back.
Only complaint is that now that we know he has moderate sleep apnea no one has told us what happens next.

I had never done a sleep study before so the process was new to me. I dealt with Fernando who was not only knowledgeable, but very patient, professional and helpful. He was also reliable and followed through during the entire process.

I'll say I had a less than perfect experience. I called in to ask a question about the belt and got a smart answer from one of the customer support personnel. So I had to figure out the problem since they acted like I was disturbing them. The instructions had some of the print missing and did not explain how to adjust the belt properly.

It is important that the instructions are legible. With words missing from the sides I could not understand exactly what to do. I'm a secretary. With that being said, this is a medical procedure and instructions need to be clear and copies need to be legible. Please make it happen so patients can be helped to the excellent standard that I believe you require.

Lastly, this is only feedback to make things better. Workers are only as good as their supervisor.

Advanced Sleep Medicine Services ha hecho la prueba de mi sueño sin problemas y fácil. El proceso comenzó con una gran comunicación a mis preguntas que envié por correo electrónico. El paquete llegó a mi casa en la fecha que mencionaron, y todos los materiales con el kit de prueba eran muy fáciles de seguir. ¡Definitivamente los recomiendo!

Fue muy fácil , no me di cuenta de que lo llevaba , pero creo que es necesario añadir más cinta para Asegurar los tubos a la cara o el cuerpo .

El aparato funcionó bien. Tardé dos noches en obtener una buena lectura. Estaba contento con el proceso. Fue mucho más fácil que ir a un centro del sueño.

El autoestudio del sueño en casa fue muy fácil de usar. Mucho mejor que pasar la noche en algún sitio ....

El personal hace que el proceso sea fácil y comprensible. Hasta ahora ha sido un proceso agradable.

Fueron capaces de enviarme el kit de prueba y enviar los resultados de manera oportuna y muy servicial cuando les llamé.

La prueba salió bien. Aunque, después de haber utilizado mi cPap de forma constante durante 6 años, me costó mucho dormir sin el cPap.

Una experiencia estupenda. Me hicieron sentir completamente cómodo y bien cuidado. A pesar de que tienen que monitorizarte con un montón de cables conectados, fue fácil conciliar el sueño. Fue una noche de sueño fresco y agradable para una persona de sueño caliente como yo. La enfermera fue excelente en la comunicación de todo lo que necesitaba saber sobre el estudio y me hizo sentir cómodo y bien cuidado. Muchas gracias.

GREAT, lady that hooked me up was very good at her position. The one time i needed her she was their in 20 seconds. Great room and bed. I want those sheets never had any that soft.

Personal extremadamente amable y conocedor, cama/habitación limpia y cómoda... Una experiencia mucho mejor de lo que había previsto. Centro de investigación del sueño profesional y de primera categoría.

This was a very easy and pleasant stay for my sleep test. Nichole was just a great person with a great personality to administer the procedure. The condititions for a good sleep were above my expectations, and I had a good night sleep. And, there's a Starbucks just a few blocks away for my required morning brew!

Fácil de hacer. Recoge la máquina y llévatela a casa. Sigue las instrucciones y ya puedes irte a dormir. Despierta y quítate el aparato. Llévalo al lugar donde lo recogiste. Espere los resultados.

La prueba en casa era fácil, pero me pregunto si da el tipo de datos de un verdadero estudio del sueño. Parecía bastante superficial como estudio, pero si da datos completos, supongo que está bien. El equipo estaba bien y el personal era profesional y cortés.

DANE was very kind patient and courteous he answered all of my questions he made me feel at ease I actually enjoyed my overnight stay he went above and beyond I would gladly recommend This facility

It was pleasant I had no problems at all the nurse were fantastic explaining everything that was going to happen
Your room was great I was impressed I had a very good experience there everyone new what they were supposed to do and they did it. It I was very impressed

My technician made the best out of something that might be a little awkward. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfy as were the pillows. The setup is nice, like a basic little hotel room.

Alex was a great respiratory tech. Great asset to the company.

The facility was very nice, almost like staying in a hotel. The tech on duty (Dane) was very professional. Explained every detail as we went along and was very reassuring. I did put on the CPAP about halfway through the night and not having used it before, it took some getting used to. Again, Dane was very supportive.
