All sleep studies require a prescription from your doctor or an authorization from your HMO.

IF WE DID NOT SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE OR EMAIL: If we didn’t send you a message, it means we haven’t received a prescription or authorization for you.  You can contact your doctor or medical group and ask for a referral to Advanced Sleep Medicine Services for a Home Sleep Test.  We are contracted and in-network for most major PPOs and HMOs.  We provide service in California only.  We can also contact your doctor.  If you would like us to contact your doctor, please complete this contact form.
